Paul has extensive experience in the offshore sector as a marine geophysicist and currently as Chief Technical Officer at Wessex Archaeology and Director of Trident.

He is responsible for the technical and service teams within the Wessex Archaeology group of companies, providing leadership for the Geoservices, Research and IT, teams. The Geoservices team are now the market leaders in the sector, winning work across the UK and internationally.

He is a visiting lecturer for MSc in Marine Archaeology at Flinders University in Adelaide and formerly held the same role at the University of Southern Denmark in Esbjerg.

Stephen is an experienced finance professional and Chartered Accountant. He is responsible for the financial performance of Trident and the whole Wessex Archaeology Group, including financial planning and control.

Stephen formerly ran his own financial management consultancy practice helping clients to effect financial change. During his career he has worked for global banking, asset management, insurance and investment companies in various financial roles, led high performing teams and advised Boards.
